Responsibilities
Your impact on the operation
- Analyze and manage billing processes for global clients.
- Review contracts, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Verify the accuracy of the information used to issue invoices.
- Investigate billing inquiries, claims and discrepancies.
- Communicate in English with clients and international internal teams.
- Track purchase orders, client spend and contract renewals.
- Support revenue and cost controls and month-end close activities.
- Use financial systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
