Park Place Technologies, a global company specializing in Data Center optimization and IT infrastructure management, is looking for a Trilingual HR Business Partner I to support its Latin American operations.

Founded in 1991, Park Place Technologies supports more than 25,000 organizations across approximately 180 countries and continues to expand its presence in Latin America, particularly in Brazil and Mexico.

The position reports to the LATAM HR Director in São Paulo and works closely with the Benefits & Wellness Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. Approximately 25% of the role will focus on Benefits & Wellness activities.

This is not an entry-level position. The selected professional must be prepared to take ownership of operational HR responsibilities from the outset while progressively developing the ability to conduct more strategic conversations with business leaders.

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Independently manage complex employee relations matters.
• Conduct employee investigations end to end, including interviews, documentation, risk assessment, resolution and follow-up.
• Advise and coach leaders on performance concerns, performance improvement plans, corrective actions, conflict resolution and employee communications.
• Support talent planning, performance review cycles, career development, succession planning, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analyze trends and metrics related to employee relations, attrition, engagement and performance.
• Identify root causes and recommend sustainable improvements to HR policies, practices and processes.
• Ensure that employment decisions and documentation comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Support Benefits & Wellness programs, benefit reviews, vendor coordination and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Participate in regional HR projects, organizational change initiatives and leadership development activities.

Required profile

What we're looking for

• Approximately 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Candidates currently working as Junior HR Business Partners, Senior HR Analysts or Senior HR Generalists will be considered.
• Direct and demonstrable experience in employee relations, workplace investigations and performance management.
• Ability to work independently and provide credible guidance to business leaders.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with the ability to participate in meetings, write professional communications and work daily in all three languages.
• Working knowledge of Mexican employment law, HR policies and compliance practices.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics, HRIS platforms and other HR tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Residence in Mexico City or availability to work from the company's Mexico City office.
• Availability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred qualifications

Additional experience

• CIPD, HRCI or SHRM certification.
• Experience facilitating training sessions.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries.
• Previous involvement in Benefits & Wellness programs.
